I’ve worked with some amazing people at some great companies, over a career spanning 25 years.

Working with brands such as B&Q, Dixons Carphone, TalkTalk, AS Watson and The Myers-Briggs Company, I have grown a wealth of experience running and overseeing major change programmes, organisational development inititiatives, complex employment law cases, the overhaul of performance improvement processes, learning and development programmes designed and delivered to thousands of learners. My experience as both a senior leader in large organisations to running my own successful consultancy, put in a great position to understand challenges and identify opportunities faced by companies of all shapes and sizes.
