ERA-Ready Review booking terms

1. Payment. The fee is paid in full when you book, based on your price band.

2. Price band. Your band is set by the number of employees on the date you book. If that puts you in a different band, we'll take a top-up payment or refund the difference before we start.

3. What's included. A review of your documents, a leadership discussion, two manager spot-checks, evidence sampling, a RAG-rated report and action plan, and a one-hour findings meeting.

4. What we need from you. Your documents within 10 working days of booking, plus time with your leadership team and two managers.

5. Timing. We'll deliver your report within [15] working days of receiving everything we need.

6. The certificate. The ERA-Ready certificate is awarded only if your organisation meets the required standard. Your fee pays for the Review, not the certificate. The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of assessment. We've kept it short on purpose: several changes due in 2027 are still being finalised, and we want the certificate to reflect what's actually required, not what was expected.

7. Cancellation. You'll get a full refund if you cancel before we start reviewing your documents. After that, no refund is available. If we haven't received what we need within [90] days of booking, the Review lapses.

8. Not legal advice. The Review is practical HR guidance and reflects your position on the date of assessment. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance.

9. Confidentiality. We treat everything you share as confidential and handle personal data in line with our privacy notice.

10. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid.
