ERA-Ready Referral Scheme Terms

1. Who can refer. Anyone The HR Agency has given a personal referral code.

2. The reward. £50 for each Readiness Review booked with your code, then delivered and paid for in full.

3. Or pass it on. You can choose instead for the client to get £50 off the Review fee, before VAT. It's one or the other, not both.

4. When we pay. Within 30 days of the Review being delivered, meaning the findings meeting has taken place. We pay by bank transfer.

5. One reward per Review. If more than one code is used, the first one counts.

6. Exclusions. You can't use your own code for your own organisation. Clients referred through one of our formal partner arrangements are not included.

7. Refunds. If a Review is cancelled and refunded, no reward is due.

8. Tax. You're responsible for declaring any reward you receive.

9. Professional advisers. If professional rules require you to disclose referral fees, please do so, or choose the client discount instead.

10. Sharing your code. Share it with people you know. Please don't use it in paid advertising or under The HR Agency's name.

11. Changes. We may change or end the scheme with notice. Any reward already earned will still be paid.
